Under Washington State Law you have the right to exclusive representation. All agents are Buyer's Agent's unless they are the Listing Agent, or the Sellers themselves, or opt out of agency via a written customer agreement. Your agent is also required by law to provide you with a copy of the pamphlet "The Law of Real Estate Agency" before they provide you with any real estate services.
