I am a life long Washington state resident, and have been a Realtor since 1990. I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Education, which has been a great foundation for educating my clients on the purchasing and selling process. 
I am also a Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by less than 5% of agents nationwide. Working with a CRS guarantees that your transaction will be handled by someone with experience, and who is dedicated to their profession. In addition I also hold the Accredited Staging Professional and Certified Negotiating Expert designations.
A home is the single largest investment most families will ever make, and you need the experience and knowledge of a real estate professional to help you through this complex process.
